When is the fiscal year?

Brookwood Commons fiscal year runs from January 1st – December 31st.

Where can I find the dates and times of HOA meetings?

Are board meetings open to all HOA members?

Yes, the annual meeting, all four (4) quarterly meetings and any open forum meetings are open to all HOA members.

Who has membership into the HOA?

Every lot owner or their spouse, is entitled to one (1) HOA membership per lot.

How much are the annual HOA Dues?

The annual assessment or “HOA Dues” is currently $645 a year and is due no later than May 15th of the current year.

Can I still use the Pool and other community amenities if I don’t pay my annual dues?

The annual assessment or “HOA Dues” is necessary for the upkeep and maintenance of common areas/amenities, owned by the HOA. Therefore it is a requirement to make timely payments in order to not lose access to these areas.
